I built Five Second Solutions, LLC as a family-owned, Latino-owned business rooted in Montana. I understand the realities of Kalispell, Missoula, and the surrounding communities, including long transport times, rural settings, and limited resources. That local perspective guides how I teach, communicate, and plan with clients. I aim to create training that feels respectful, approachable, and real for every healthcare professional, small business, and community group I serve.
